Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3PM on will be processed the next business day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping on orders over £50 subject to change.

International Shipping: We ship to select international locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Damaged: If you receive a damaged  please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
